Day-by-day breakdown of your incredible journey
Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park
Morning departure from Dar es Salaam with a picnic lunch. Afternoon check-in at Mikumi Bandas followed by a sunset game drive.
Day 2: Mikumi to Ruaha National Park
Early morning game drive in Mikumi followed by breakfast. Check out and travel to Ruaha National Park, staying overnight at Iringa Sunset Hotel.
Day 3: Full Game Drive at Ruaha National Park
Full day of wildlife exploration with a packed lunch in the park. Sunset return to Ruaha Cottages for dinner and stay within the park.
Day 4: Full Game Drive at Ruaha National Park
A second full day dedicated to spotting Ruaha's diverse predators and large elephant herds. Return to Ruaha Cottages for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Ruaha to Mikumi National Park
Breakfast and departure back to Mikumi with lunch on the way. Overnight stay at Camp Bastian in Mikumi.
Day 6: Maasai Culture and Return to Dar es Salaam
Morning visit to a Maasai Boma to learn about their way of life and join in traditional dances. Return journey to Dar es Salaam for drop-off.
