Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park via SGR
Catch the SGR train at 06:00 AM from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro (2 hours). Morning drive from Morogoro to Mikumi in a 4x4 safari car (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes). Check in at Mikumi Bandas, take a picnic lunch, and enjoy a game drive until sunset. You will spot variety of wildlife species such as Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Buffalos, Wildebeest, and many more. Dinner and overnight stay at Mikumi Bandas inside the park.
Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Return via SGR
Early morning game drive from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM to experience nature awakening and spot active predators. Return to the bandas for breakfast and checkout. Drive to Morogoro for lunch before catching the 3:00 PM SGR train back to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival and drop off at your location that will mark the end of your safari.
