Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park

In the morning after breakfast, you'll meet with our driver-guide who will drive you to Nyerere National Park. Upon arrival you'll be welcomed with a delectable lunch, offering a taste of local flavours amidst the stunning surroundings. After a relaxing meal, prepare for an afternoon adventure that promises a unique perspective on the park's rich ecosystem. You'll set out on a boat safari along the Rufiji River, where you'll glide through the water, surrounded by the breath-taking beauty of the reserve. This experience provides an excellent opportunity to observe aquatic life up close. Keep your eyes peeled for hippos lounging in the shallows, crocodiles basking on the riverbanks, and a variety of bird species that call this lush environment home. In the evening, you'll return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full Game Drive at Nyerere National Park

After a hearty breakfast, you'll embark on a comprehensive game drive through the vast and untamed landscapes of Nyerere National Park. Equipped with a delicious box lunch, you'll be ready for a full day of adventure and discovery. Nyerere is renowned for its impressive wildlife populations. Today, you'll have the opportunity to witness some of the park's most iconic residents. As you traverse the diverse terrain, keep your eyes open for large herds of elephants, known for their majestic presence and intricate social structures. You'll encounter massive buffalo herds roaming the savannahs, and spot bush bucks, kudus, lions, giraffes, and elands in their natural habitat. Each turn and sighting promises a new and exciting encounter, making every moment of your safari truly memorable. You'll return to the comfortable Nyerere Tented Camp. You'll enjoy a relaxing evening with a delectable dinner, reflecting on the day's adventures and the wonders of the wild.

Day 3: Walking Safari & Return to Dar es Salaam

After breakfast, embark on an exciting walking safari experience, getting up close with the African bush on foot. After lunch, begin your journey back to Dar es Salaam with wonderful memories of your Nyerere adventure. Upon arrival and drop off at your preferred location, that will mark the end of your unforgettable safari experience.
