The Park has been established in year 2019 and cover an area of over 30,000 square kilometres. With its largest wilderness area in Africa, Nyerere National park has relatively undisturbed ecological and biological processes, including diverse range of wildlife with significant predator and prey relationship. This national park has so many to offer through game view drive and boat safari. The game drive will take 6 hours and boat safari will take 2hrs. The Large number of Elephants, Giraffes, hippopotamus, crocodiles and many others live in this immense sanctuary.

Day-by-day breakdown of your incredible journey

Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park

Early morning meets and greet with our professional driver guide from your Hotel at 04:00am then drive to Nyerere National Park approximate 4hrs drive. Arrival in time for breakfast. After breakfast drive to Nyerere National park for full day game view drive until late afternoon, where lunch packed will be served at the bush (picnic site). Around 15:30 pm you will exit the park for evening Boat Safari at Rufiji River where you can see hippos, crocodiles and birds. At 18:30pm will start drive back to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival and drop off at your Hotel that will mark the end of your unforgettable safari.
