Day-by-day breakdown of your incredible journey
Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park
Pickup and drive to Nyerere NP. Check-in followed by a late afternoon boat safari on the Rufiji River to spot hippos, crocodiles, and birds.
Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive at Nyerere National Park
A full day exploring grasslands, forests, and riverbanks with a picnic lunch. Spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and diverse bird species.
Day 3: Walking Safari and Drive to Mikumi
Early morning walking safari to track animals on foot. After breakfast, drive to Mikumi National Park, passing through Mlandizi village.
Day 4: Udzungwa Mountains Trekking
Climb the Sanje route to see the 4-stage waterfalls. Experience a biodiversity hotspot with 11 primate species and endemic plants.
Day 5: Full-Day Game View at Mikumi National Park
Sunrise game drive followed by a full day of wildlife viewing (lions, zebras, wildebeest, hippos) with a picnic lunch.
Day 6: Maasai Village and Return to Dar es Salaam
Visit a Maasai village to learn about their culture and see traditional dancing before returning to Dar es Salaam.
