1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fresh Mood Treks services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due according to the terms specified in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passport, visa, and any required health certificates. Fresh Mood Treks is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or incomplete travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Fresh Mood Treks is not responsible for costs arising from trip interruptions or medical emergencies.

6. Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled itineraries, we reserve the right to make changes due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability

Fresh Mood Treks acts as an agent for various service providers and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay resulting from acts of God, accidents, or events beyond our control. Participation in all activities is at your own risk.

8. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, local communities, and wildlife. We reserve the right to terminate services for guests who behave inappropriately without refund.
